3D-printed prosthetic arm
An electro-mechanical arm based on the open-source InMoov project, which I designed, built and debugged for a high-school teacher. It ended up on national radio and TV.
InMoov, 3D printing, electronics, mechanical design
I built this arm for one of my teachers, starting from InMoov, an open-source humanoid robot whose parts can be 3D printed. I modelled and adapted the parts, printed and assembled them, and debugged the electro-mechanical side until the hand moved reliably.
The project attracted national attention and led to radio and television appearances.
